Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. All orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed until the following Monday. After your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email for follow-up. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update.

You will receive your order between 7 and 14 business days from the shipping date. Please note that this is an estimate only and depends on the delivery option and the carrier. Hilcost.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered or mishandled by the carrier; After delivery, customers are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. USPS Standard Shipping (generally 3-5 business days) Customers ordering from Puerto Rico will generally receive the package within 3-4 days of receiving the shipment notification.
