Returns

Our policy lasts (10) days. If (10) days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

For an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hilcostpr@gmail.com

Shipment

To return your product, you must mail it to:HC 07 BOX 25357 Mayagüez, Puerto Rico 00680.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Depending on where you live, this is how long it takes for your product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
